The Westwood - 4 Elements Studio Satellite gallery
The Westwood, located in the heart of downtown Utica, features a modern, contemporary art gallery showcasing work from local and regional artists. This Collaboration is part of 4 Elements Studio's Satellite Gallery Program the focuses on making art accessible to our community.

Application process
4 Elements Studio offers 5 solo exhibitions annually to New York State artists of any medium at no charge. Applications for 2026 will be accepted starting January 1 through March 31, 2025 at Midnight EST.
4 Elements Studio encourages artists of any media, 2-D and/or 3-D, to apply. Collaborative teams are also eligible to apply. The solo exhibition space is approximately 4,800 square feet and located on 167 Genesee street, Utica, NY.
Artists selected for exhibition receive:
Applications are reviewed by the 4 Elements Artist Committee. Applications will be reviewed in April 2025 and notifications will be sent out in May 2025 via email.
Once the artwork has been selected by our committee, artists must include all artwork in the exhibit without change.

- Artist exhibition stipend
- Exhibition installation support
- Staff support for your exhibition during business hours
- Opening reception and promotional support
- Artwork for sale
- Opportunity to participate in an artist talk or artist talk/demonstration at 4 Elements Studio
