Adult Creative Art Workshops
Description
Join us to creatively unwind and destress through art!
Our creative arts workshops for adults aim to relieve stress and anxiety by allowing time and space to slow down, relax, and create art in a safe, supportive community. These workshops will guide participants to explore their inner creativity and express themselves through art forms such as drawing, movement, clay and more!
All materials are provided. Adaptive tools can be provided upon request.
Ages 20 and up with a maximum of 4 participants for each workshop. No experience is needed.
Week 1: Creative Clay: Exploring texture, pattern, and form through the playful experimentation of clay using a pottery wheel.
Week 2: Paper Marbling: Creating marble-like designs on paper and silk.
Week 3: Creative Clay: Using Suminagashi inks to color final clay pieces.
Week 4: Creative Drawing and Movement: Bilateral and spontaneous drawing and movement.

Workshop Fee: $225.00
Class Cancellation Policy:
We request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class by calling us at 315-765-6923 during operating hours of 9am to 4pm. If you must cancel your class for any reason, you will receive a credit if you cancel before the 48 hours. You may use these credits towards a future class. Classes not cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time are not eligible for a credit. Workshops/classes are not eligible for refunds.
