This sponsorship will support 4 Elements Studio's satellite gallery that is located in the windows of the Resource Center for Independent Living building on the corner of Bleecker and Genesee Street in Utica. Here we feature local artists and rotate exhibitions on a quarterly basis. This program contributes to the arts community and beautification of downtown Utica.
