4 Elements Studio is happy to partner with Westwood building management in downtown Utica to bring affordable studios to local artists for early 2023.
The studios will offer:
10 ft. x 10 ft. private studio space plus access to communal workspace
Food, beverages, etc. /grocery store on premise
Fully secure building
Access to on-street parking and after-hours parking lot
Option to sell work in an onsite store
Decisions about applicants will occur on a rolling basis by the 4 Elements Studio/Westwood Rental Committee
